Taking the Challenge
"Just because your ideas were not taken heed doesn't mean you sulk in a nook. It means, think of even more and better ideas. Be challenged...". Yes I agree to this quote, because success can lead you to great things in life ahead of you, there will be challenges ahead of you, so be prepared for it.
The quote means that, just because your not thinking more bright ideas, maybe be a failure to yourself?. That's not true you still have a chance to prove yourself that you have great things that you can share to the others to inspire them, this might be a challenge but I think this might help you express your attitude and courage to them. In the movie titled "Sully" where Tom Hanks played the role of the popular hero, Captain Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger. In 2009 on a normal flight from La Guardia to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the plane struck a flock of geese, destroying the engines completely, loosing altitude and speed, Sully knew he cannot return back to the airport because the loss of power to the engines, so he decided to land on the freezing cold Hudson River, this was a challenge for him to try to land safely at the river, he told the passengers to brace themselves and prepares to land at the water, the plane landed hard and the waves stop the plane from moving further, he ordered the passengers to evacuate the plane and everyone got out to safety. Everyone survived the accident with only a few minor or serious injuries from the passengers. Sully knew his idea to land on the river was the right choice in order to save the 155 souls on board the plane.
*Sully unexpectedly ask His Co-Pilot Jeffrey Skiles, a few moments before landing in the water*
Sully said "Got a any ideas?"
Jeff replied "Actually not"
Sully then nodded at Jeff, telling him that he has no other choice to land on the river.
This quote helped me learn something, think more and think harder know your limitations, keep doing your work and never give up and be ready for the challenges ahead of you and be prepared always.
